Campsite rules

1. Conditions for admission during your stay 

In order to be admitted, set up or stay on our campsite, you must be allowed to do so by the managers or their representatives. The latter has the obligation of assuring the order and tranquility of the campsite as well as applying the rules set forth in this document. Staying on site implies the acceptance of the rules set forth in this document and a commitment to respect them. No one may take up residency here. Any person staying on site must hold civil liability insurance. Check to make sure your home insurance policy has a clause to cover your holiday stays (rentals and vacation). The behavior of all occupants on the campsite must conform to the family vocation of the latter.
 

2. Formalities of the policy   

Unaccompanied minors are not allowed without a guardian.   In accordance with the article R. 611-35 of the code for the entry and stay of foreigners or asylum seekers, the manager is obligated to take note of the client’s nationality at arrival and have them fill out and sign an individual police form. It must mention in particular: 1° First and last names; 2° Date and place of birth; 3° Nationality; 4° Place of residence. Children under the age of 15 can be listed on their parent’s form.

3. Setup

The camping pitches and their related equipment must be installed on the allotments in accordance with the instructions given at the reception.

4. Reception

Open from 9am to noon and from 2 to 7pm daily during the mid and peak seasons (6pm during the off-season). New arrivals are asked to park in the parking lot outside the site and present themselves at reception to check-in before presenting their vehicle at the gate in order to not block traffic for the other campers. 
At the reception office you will find information on the services offered on site, various shopping possibilities for your needs, sports equipment, tourist information, and multiple other suggestions that can be of use during your stay. A satisfaction questionnaire is also available for guests as well.

5. Signage

The campsite rules are posted at the entrance of the campsite and reception. It can be given to clients upon request. For campsites that have been rated, the rating with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of available pitches is posted. The prices of different services are posted for the clientele as set by decree from the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and are available at reception

6. Departure conditions

Clients are asked to inform reception of their departure the night before. Clients who intend to leave before the opening hours of the reception desk must settle their accounts the night before in the event of additional services or purchases during their stay.

7. Community life, behavior, and respect for others

Clients are asked to avoid noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. Noise-making devices should be adjusted accordingly. The closing of car doors and trunks should be done as discreetly as possible. The manager guarantees the tranquility of the clientele by fixing hours during which total silence should be respected.

8. Animals

We are an animal-friendly site (with the exception of Category 1 and 2 dogs) with a maximum allowance of 2 per pitch, we ask pet owners to make sure that their animals do no disturb the well-being of other campers. Animals must be on a leash, have up to date vaccination records to be presented at reception upon arrival, before entering the campsite. No animals should be left to roam the campsite freely, even if they are enclosed, while the pet owners are absent, and they remain your civil responsibility. 

9. Visitors 

Once authorized by the managers or their representatives, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who are hosting them. The client can receive one or more visitors at reception. Campsite services and equipment are available to guests. Nonetheless, the use of these can be paying according to rates posted at the camp entrance and the reception. Visitior’s vehicles are not allowed in the campsite. 

10. Traffic and parking 

Within the confines of our campsite, vehicles must respect the speed limit. Vehicle traffic is authorized from 6am to 10:30pm. 
Only vehicles belonging to campers are allowed on site. A single parking spot is set aside for each plot. It is forbidden to park on another spot than the one set aside for your pitch even if it is unused. Parking should not block traffic, keep other arrivals from being able to set up their campsite, or damage the landscaping that delimits their pitch.

11. Upkeep and appearance of setups

Everyone is to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene, or appearance of the campsite and its equipment, particularly the sanitary blocks.  It is forbidden to dump wastewater on the ground, in the gutters, or the hedges. Clients must empty their wastewater in the designated areas for this. Household waste, or any waste, should be disposed of in the trash and recycling bins. Dishwashing and clothes washing is strictly forbidden outside of the areas designated for these tasks. Laundry may be hung on lines near the pitch so long as it is done discreetly and does not bother the neighbors. It should never be done in the trees. It is advised to bring it in overnight. Landscaping and floral decorations are to be respected. It is forbidden to nail anything to the trees, cut the branches or hedges, or to plant any vegetation. It is not allowed to install any equipment to delimit the terrain by one’s own means, nor to dig any holes on the pitches. Any repair due to degradation of the vegetation, fences, terrain or site equipment will be at the cost of the person at the origin of this. 
The pitch used during the stay should be kept in the state in which the camper found it upon their arrival.

12. Safety

a) Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Charging : 
It is FORBIDDEN to plug in any vehicle to charge within the campsite (Campsite or Mobile Homes). The electric grid on site cannot handle such high voltage.

b) Fire : open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Camp stoves must be in good working condition and not be used in dangerous conditions or too near buildings.
In the event of a fire, immediately inform the management. Extinguishors are available if needed. A First Aid kit is available at reception. 

c) Theft : the management is responsible for objects left at reception as well as a general surveillance of the campsite. The camper is responsible for their own pitch and must inform management of any suspicious behavior. Clients are invited to take usual precautions to ensure the safety of their equipment.

13. Games

No violent or disturbing games are allowed around the site equipment. Children must be under their parent’s supervisions at all times. 
The conference area (Tivoli) cannot be used for noisy or active games. The hours of use for the City Stade are 9h to 12h30 and 14h30à 22h00.

14. Storage 

No unused equipment can be left on the campsite without the permission of the management. This service costs money.

15. Breaking Campsite Rules 

In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of others or does not respect the guidelines in these campsite rules, the management or their representatives can notify the former either by oral or written notice. In case of a grave incident or repeated rule-breaking, after notification from management, the contract can be rendered nul and void. In the event of law-breaking, management will inform the law enforcement.

16. Right of publicity

During your stay at our campsite, you may be photographed or filmed for publicity puposes or for our web page unless you notify us of your opposition to this, in writing, upon your arrival.
